Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper
1 large cooking onion
1 c. celery
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1 qt. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed in cold water
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Chop vegetables together.
Mix last five ingredients together. Combine the chopped together and the mixed together items and let stand in fridge for 24 hours.
Before serving, stir gently.
