Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked
    2 celery stalks
    1 bay leaf
    1 can celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    6 oz. pkg. yellow corn bread mix, baked according to pkg. instructions
    4 oz. margarine (half stick)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Combine soups; bake corn bread. Crumble cooled corn bread.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken pieces in bottom.
    Pour combined soups on chicken.
    Sprinkle with pepper, then top with crumbled corn bread.
    Salt broth to taste; pour on corn bread.
    Slice margarine and put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
