Salmon Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can drained salmon
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Preparation
    Flake salmon in bowl, removing all bones. Add all remaining ingredients, except peas. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot or shape into round loaf. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Turn low and cook for 2 hours. Last hour, add peas around the loaf.
