Chili Egg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Eggs, beat slightly
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Pint Cottage Cheese
    1 lb. Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
    1 Large Can Green Chilies (mild)
    Sour Cream
    Salsa
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly, stir in flour and baking powder. Add cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and green chilies. Pour into greased pan (9 x 13). Bake 35-40 minutes until done at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
