Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. Crisco (regular)
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
3 mashed good, ripened bananas
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation

Beat margarine, Crisco, eggs, bananas and vanilla flavoring; beat well.
Add flour; mix well.
Add nuts; stir good.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
