Sweet Potato Casserole(For Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs (beat before adding)
1/3 stick margarine
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of allspice

Preparation

Mix and place in 2 1/2-quart dish.
Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes; halfway through, stir mixture.
Can use probe after stirring.
Cook until casserole reaches 150\u00b0.
