Dutch Baby - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    powdered sugar
    cinnamon-sugar mixture
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9-inch glass pie pan, which has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
    Whisk well eggs, flour and milk in a mixing bowl.
    Pour into pie pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 475\u00b0; until golden brown.
    Cut into wedges and dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture.
