Burgundy Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. sirloin, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, cut into strips
1 small clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. beef broth
2/3 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Dredge steak in flour mix.
In large skillet, brown steak in hot oil.
Remove steak and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to skillet.
Cook until tender.
Add steak, broth and wine.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Serve with noodles or rice.
May add sliced mushrooms if desired.
