Hot Cashew Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. celery, cut in pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. cashew halves
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 lemon, juiced
grated Cheddar cheese
potato chips
Preparation

Mix together first 8 ingredients; place in casserole.
Place grated cheese over top as desired.
Crush potato chips on top. Bake until cheese melts, approximately 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
