Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese less 2 oz. (equals 30 oz.), softened at room temperature
7/8 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 extra large egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix cornstarch with sugar.
Add to cream cheese.
Mix at low speed.
Add egg until well blended.
Slowly add heavy cream, then vanilla.
