Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk in bowl.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder in bowl.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Heat oil to 350\u00b0. Pour 1/2 cup batter into funnel and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
