Patti'S Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix meat, rice, water, onion and seasonings.
Form into 4 medium or several smaller balls.
Fry in shortening until crusty. Add tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well. Cover and simmer 45 minutes over low heat.
Add water, if needed. Serves 2.
Can double recipe.
