Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups shredded lettuce (1 head)
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced onion
2 cups mayonnaise mixed with 2 tsp. sugar
10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Layer vegetables as listed. Top with crumbled bacon. Mix mayonnaise and cheeses. Spread on top of salad.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
