Easy Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts (you can substitute with 1 c. wheat germ)
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix together apples, sugar and nuts.
    Let stand for 1 hour. Add dry ingredients to apple mixture with wooden spoon.
    Mix.
    Add oil; mix.
    Add vanilla and eggs; mix.
    Spoon batter into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool completely on rack.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
