Chicken And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked wild rice (2/3 c. uncooked)
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. green grapes, halved
    1 c. cashew nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 can chopped artichokes
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Have cooked rice chilled or at room temperature.
    Combine this with the chicken, grapes, nuts, artichokes and water chestnuts. Add salt and mayonnaise and toss gently to blend thoroughly. Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 8.
