Pesto Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. basil
1/2 c. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. parmesan
Preparation
-
Mince parsley and basil in food processor until fine.
Add rest of ingredients.
Process until smooth.
If using as a dip, add more milk until right consistency.
Place in sourdough round and serve.
