Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
6 or 7 bananas, mashed
2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease pans.
Cream butter with the sugar; add the eggs and beat well.\tAdd the mashed bananas, stirring to blend.
In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
Fold the dry ingredients
into the batter, mixing well.\tAdd the nuts. Pour the batter
into the pans and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
Makes 2 or 5 small loaves.\tFor muffins, fill
12
muffin cups 3/4 full and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
