Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each egg.
    Add bananas.
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.
    Add flour mixture to banana, mix alternately with sour cream.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
