Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 cans green chilies, chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients over low heat.
    Add 2 pounds cubed Velveeta cheese and heat until just melted.
    Remove from heat. Refrigerate leftovers.
