Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. corn bread stuffing mix
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Trim pork chops.
    Cut slits in chops almost to the bone to form pockets.
    In a saucepan, cook the onion and bell pepper in the margarine until tender.
    Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Spoon 1/4 of the stuffing into each pork chop.
    Secure the pockets with wooden toothpicks.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
