Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chunks or tidbits pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. grated cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save 6 tablespoons juice. Mix pineapple and remaining juice, sugar and flour. Add cheese and margarine. Stir well. Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. Crumble Ritz crackers and add the 6 tablespoons of juice. Mix well and put on top of casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
