Maritata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sweet butter, softened
    3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
    2 soup cans water
    1 c. dry white wine
    4 oz. coil vermicelli or capellini or any other very fine noodles
Preparation
    Beat butter until very soft, then beat in cheeses and egg yolks.
    Gradually mix in cream.
    Heat chicken broth, water and wine to boiling.
    Add pasta, broken into 1/2-inch lengths.
    Boil gently 8 minutes.
