Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Grease and flour your pan before you bake.
Cream together oleo and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; add pumpkin.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Pour in tube pan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool before icing.
