Cousin Betty'S Charleston Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white syrup
    1 c. white sugar
    1/3 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten (no bubbles)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt syrup, sugar, butter and salt slowly.
    Gradually add to eggs.
    Add vanilla slowly.
    Put pecans in unbaked pie shell.
    Pour egg mixture over pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    A family favorite.
