Skillet Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. sherry wine (optional)
Preparation

Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned.
Add soup, broccoli, water and wine.
Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover until cheese is slightly melted.
Makes 4 servings.
(Recipe may be doubled.)
