Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell (unbaked)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of cloves
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. skimmed milk
Preparation
    Mix until well blended; pour into shell.
    Bake in a preheated oven, at 350\u00b0, about 50 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
