Cream Cheese (Mock) Or Yogurt Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 coffee filter or cheesecloth
    1 (8 oz.) or larger plain yogurt
Preparation
    Line large strainer with coffee filter or cheesecloth.
    Place strainer over large bowl or pan.
    Put plain nonfat yogurt in strainer; set aside in refrigerator to drain overnight.
    The following morning, you will have a solid cream cheese in the strainer.
