Peach Melba(Also Suitable For Diabetic Food Plans.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh medium peaches, peeled, pitted and halved
    lemon juice
    1/2 c. raspberry All-Fruit spread
    1/2 c. vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
Preparation
    Arrange peaches in baking dish.
    Brush with lemon juice to prevent browning.
    Cover with plastic wrap and cut a slit in top. Microwave on High power for 3 to 5 minutes or until peaches are soft, rearranging at half the time for cooking.
    Cool.
    Microwave fruit spread in a small bowl 30 to 60 seconds until thinned, stirring once while heating.
    Place
    1 peach half in each of 8 serving dishes. Top each peach half with 1 tablespoon each of yogurt and fruit spread. Serve immediately.
    (Unsweetened canned peach halves may be used, but heat only until warm.)
