Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very large mushrooms
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Place mushroom tops, stem side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Chop mushroom stems and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into mushroom tops.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until tender on 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
