Crock-Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) roast
    1/2 c. flour
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    2 c. ginger ale
Preparation
    Coat roast with flour; place in crock-pot.
    Combine remaining flour with soup mix, gravy mix and ginger ale in bowl; mix well and pour over roast.
    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
    Cut beef into cubes and serve with gravy over noodles.
