Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayo
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
4 potatoes, sliced thin
Preparation

Combine mayo, flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk. Cook until thick.
Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
