Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (approximately 1 c.)
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook (boil) unpeeled potatoes until tender (20 to 25 minutes). Cool.
    Peel.
    Grate into a large bowl.
    Add everything except paprika.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
