Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Soak together rhubarb, sugar and flour.
Beat together eggs, milk and margarine.
Add all together and mix, then pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
