Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp (about 1 1/2 pt. persimmons)
1 c. chopped walnuts
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Remove from pan while warm.
Dust with powdered sugar. Yields one 10-inch cake.
