Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nut meats
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
    Add the dry ingredients to egg mixture; mix well.
    Grease pans. Divide batter into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
