Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. quick salt
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into balls.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Place on broiler pan and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
