Chiffon Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. almond flavoring
7 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat egg yolks and add remainder of ingredients.
In another bowl, mix egg whites with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.
Beat until it forms peaks.
Fold into other mixture.
Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
