Beef Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, diced
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. stewing beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. curry powder
    4 c. water
    1 beef stock cube
    3 large tomatoes, skinned
    1 large cooking apple, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in large pot; add beef and brown.
    Mix flour and curry powder and add to beef.
    Cook approximately 1 minute.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until well thickened.
    Serve over boiled rice.
