Berardi Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. chicken breast strips
2 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 lb. string pasta
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. sausage, drained and cooked *
1 dash red pepper flakes
Preparation

Saute garlic in oil.
Add chicken and cook until tender.
Add cooked sausage (cut into bite sized pieces) and broccoli and saute until broccoli is tender.
Add dried tomatoes, seasonings, wine, broth and butter.
Simmer 5 minutes and toss onto cooked pasta. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4.
