Katie'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
    about 2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light. Add salt and water.
    Beat again until light.
    Add flour, 2 tablespoons at a time.
    Mix with fork until ball forms.
    Divide in two roll-outs.
    Add flour as needed.
    Roll on towel to dry.
    Cut.
    Cook 3 to 8 minutes in boiling broth or water.
    Can be frozen for later use.
