Lamb With Baked Potatoes(Lahum Bil Saneeyee) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lamb, cubed
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 large potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato puree
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Alternate layers of lamb, potatoes and onions in well buttered baking pan and dot with butter.
    Pour tomato puree on top and add seasonings.
    Bake in slow oven, 250\u00b0, for about 30 minutes.
