Spiced Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water, boiling
    1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
    1 c. pickle peach juice
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    4 spiced pickled peaches, chopped
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add pickle juice.
    Cool; refrigerate until begins to thicken.
    Whip with rotary beater until light and fluffy.
    Cream the cheese in with chopped peaches and nuts.
    Mix in with jello.
    Pour in 1-quart container.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
