Light Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 can water plus 1/2 more
    1/4 small head cabbage
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can French green beans
    1 c. dry barley
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
Preparation
    In a large pot, pour tomato juice, water, shredded cabbage, broth and onion.
    Simmer 30 minutes and then add all other ingredients.
    Continue cooking another 30 minutes.
