Basic 7-Up Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 egg
7 oz. 7-Up

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook in nonstick pan coated with butter.
Makes about six 5-inch cakes.
