Chinese Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, peeled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Cut cucumber in 1/2 lengthwise.
    Scoop out seeds and slice thinly.
    Sprinkle cucumber with salt and let stand about 30 minutes in a colander.
