Scalloped Green Peas And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Parkay margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. quartered small onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, partially thawed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Kraft natural Swiss cheese
Preparation

Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings. Combine onions and peas.
Place in greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over vegetables; top with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
