Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 stick sweet butter
    1/2 c. brown or white sugar
    eggs
    mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until soft.
    Put hot potatoes in a bowl and remove skins.
    Add butter, brown or white sugar and 1 egg for every 2 potatoes.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake in a greased casserole for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    During last 10 minutes of cooking, top with marshmallows.
