Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 c. medium egg noodles
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 cube butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir-fry noodles in oil until golden brown.
    Remove remaining oil.
    Add rice and chicken broth.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cut butter into pats and place on top.
    Cover pan with tight fitting lid.
    Bring to boil.
    Turn heat down to simmer.
    Let cook until all broth is absorbed and rice is done.
