Baked Pineapple With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled (1 c. makes it more crunchy)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, keeping 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Add grated cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine margarine and Ritz crackers, then sprinkle it over pineapple mix.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned.
