Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and juice
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and the strawberries until light and fluffy.
Add to this mixture the dry ingredients.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Fill the pans about 1/2 full.
Thaw the strawberries before using.
